Putin raised the flag of the new ship in the Russian Navy

Vladimir Putin attended the flag-raising ceremony during the inauguration of a ship in the Navy at Severnaya Verf shipyard (the Northern Shipyard) in St Petersburg.
After raising the flag, Putin inspected the armament of the frigate Admiral Golovko. He also signed the visitor’s book there.
